8:00 am    Students arrive; Take Attendance; Load Penske Truck
9:00 am    Busses arrive
9:15 am    Busses depart for UH Manoa
9:30 am    Busses arrive at UH Manoa; Unload equipment into UH band room Rm. 108
10:00 am   Clinic starts with Dr. Adam Khel
11:45 am   Lunch
12:30 pm   Review sectional schedule and meet UH Music Education Majors
12:45 pm   Sectionals with UH Music Education Majors
2:15 pm     Halloween snack and costume contest
2:45 pm     Rehearsal with directors
3:30 pm     Clean up; Load equipment in the Penske Truck
4:00 pm      Busses leave UH Manoa
4:30 pm     Parents pick up students at MMS

MMS t-shirt uniform required

Proof of full vaccination or a negative DOVID-19 Test within 48 hours of activity is required.

Temperature check upon arrival.

You may bring your own snacks & drinks.
